🔐 Account Support
Creating an Account
To create an account, you’ll need to provide:
• Name
• Phone Number
• Address
• Emergency Contact Information
• Email & Password
Updating Your Information
You can update your profile details, address, and emergency contact anytime in the app.

💰 Subscription & Billing Support
Free Trial
All new users receive a 7-day free trial.
You may cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
Subscription Price
• $9.99 per month
• Auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
How Billing Works
• Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play.
• Charges will appear on your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s subscription settings.
Canceling Your Subscription
On iPhone:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select Check On Me.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
On Android:
1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your profile.
3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions.
4. Select Check On Me.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you have trouble canceling, message us anytime:

⏰ Check-In System
Daily Check-In
Users select their preferred check-in time.
You must tap the Check In button once each day to confirm you are safe.
Missed Check-In Alerts
If you forget to check in:
• The app sends reminder notifications every 15 minutes.
• Your emergency contact may be alerted, depending on your settings.
• You may also receive a phone call from customer service if you selected that option.

📲 App Troubleshooting
If You’re Not Receiving Notifications
Try:
1. Enabling notifications in device settings
2. Ensuring background app refresh is on
3. Keeping your device connected to Wi-Fi or data
4. Restarting your phone
If You Can’t Check In
• Make sure your internet connection is stable
• Log out and log back in
• Restart the device
If issues continue, send us an email with:
• Your device model
• App version
• Screenshot of the problem

📞 Emergency Contact Notifications
You can choose one of the following:
• Notify your emergency contact only if you miss a check-in
• Notify them every time you check in
• Request a manual phone call from customer service if you miss your check-in
