If a user fails to check in, the App may send reminders, notify the App administrator, notify an emergency contact, or trigger a manual customer service follow-up call, depending on the user’s selected preferences.
Check On Me is a supportive wellbeing tool and not an emergency service.

3. User Account
To use the App, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Completing your daily check-in

If you enable this option, Check On Me may arrange a manual reminder phone call from customer service when you miss a check-in.
All calls are performed manually and are not guaranteed to occur at a specific time.

• Subscription price: $9.99 per month
• Includes a 7-day free trial for new users
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings
• No partial refunds are provided

8. No Emergency Guarantee
Check On Me does not guarantee:
• That notifications will always be delivered
• That emergency contacts will respond
• That customer service calls will always be successful
In case of immediate danger, you must contact 911 or local emergency services.

• Provide false or misleading information
