Check On Me is a daily safety and wellbeing application that allows users to check in at a selected time to confirm they are safe. If a user fails to check in, the App may send reminders, notify the App administrator, notify an emergency contact, or trigger a manual customer service follow-up call, depending on the user’s selected preferences.

Check On Me is a supportive wellbeing tool and not an emergency service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.

By using Check On Me, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Account

To use the App, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Name

• Phone number

• Address

• Emergency contact information

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Check-In Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Selecting your preferred check-in time

• Completing your daily check-in

• Keeping notifications enabled

Failure to check in may result in reminders, notifications, or alerts as configured by your settings.

5. Emergency Contact Notifications

If enabled, your emergency contact may receive notifications:

• When you miss a check-in

• When you successfully check in

You are solely responsible for informing your emergency contact that you have listed them and explaining the nature of these notifications.

6. Customer Service Phone Calls

If you enable this option, Check On Me may arrange a manual reminder phone call from customer service when you miss a check-in.

All calls are performed manually and are not guaranteed to occur at a specific time.

7. Subscription & Billing

• Subscription price: $9.99 per month

• Includes a 7-day free trial for new users

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal

• Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings

• No partial refunds are provided

8. No Emergency Guarantee

Check On Me does not guarantee:

• That notifications will always be delivered

• That emergency contacts will respond

• That customer service calls will always be successful

In case of immediate danger, you must contact 911 or local emergency services.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Provide false or misleading information

• Abuse or misuse notification features

• Interfere with the App’s operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuzzyGroup shall not be liable for:

• Missed notifications

• Delayed alerts

• Failure to reach emergency contacts

• Technical issues or service interruptions

Use of the App is at your own risk.

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse the App
